Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a contract with Cycle Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of the Bar None West Ditch Improvements (Phase II) Project P000319 in the amount of $299,608.00.
Body
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received by the Parish on September 22, 2000, for the Bar None West Ditch Improvements (Phase II); and,
WHEREAS, Shread-Kuyrkendall & Associates, Inc. Consulting Engineers for the Project, have reviewed the bids and recommend that the Contract be awarded to Cycle Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $299,608.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the bid of Cycle Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of Bar None West Ditch Improvements (Phase II) be and hereby accepted in the amount of $299,608.00.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached contract documents.
