Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Amendment No. 4 to the Professional Geotechnical Services Agreement with Eustis Engineering Co., Inc. for necessary Professional Geotechnical Services associated with Parish Project No. 941201, the West Bank Hurricane Protection Levee Geotechnical Program.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council desires to have the described project amended to include geotechnical services for the West Bank Hurricane Protection Levee, Magnolia Ridge Levee System (Control Structures); and,
WHEREAS, the proposed contract amount for Amendment No. 4 is $34,625.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 95-1-5 the Professional Geotechnical Services Agreement between Eustis Engineering Co., Inc. and the Parish of St. Charles dated January 9, 1995, as previously amended by Ordinance No. 96-8-8 dated August 5, 1996, by Ordinance No. 98-4-6 dated April 8, 1998, and by Ordinance 03-2-17 dated February 24, 2003, is hereby amended and approved.
SECTION II. That all other provisions of the Agreement, dated January 9, 1995, shall remain in full force and effect except as specially stated herein.

And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2007, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
