RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Ms. Ingrid Adams to the Library Service District Board of Control.
Body
WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the LIBRARY SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF CONTROL; due to the resignation of Ms. Carolyn Tregre on November 17, 2010 ; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Ms. Ingrid Adams 309 Turtle Creek Lane, St. Rose, Louisiana 70087 be appointed to fill unexpired term on the LIBRARY SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF CONTROL and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective IMMEDIATELY and terminate APRIL 1, 2013 .

And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2011, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
