THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification of Lot P2 from R-1A to C-2 and Lots P3 and P4 from R-1A / C-1 to R-1A at 15717 River Road, (Sec. 26, T13S R20E, Parts of Lots 2 & 3 and all of Lots 4 & 5 in Keller Acres), Hahnville, La. as requested by Keller P. Madere and Carolyn C. Madere.
SECTION II. To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification of Lot P2 from R-1A to C-2 and Lots P3 and P4 from R-1A / C-1 to R-1A at 15717 River Road, (Sec. 26, T13S R20E, parts of Lots 2 & 3 and all of Lots 4 & 5 in Keller acres), Hahnville, La. as requested by Keller P. Madere and Carolyn C. Madere.
