IN   RECOGNITION

 

WHEREAS,                     Mason Alan Donadieu is a resident of St. Charles Parish residing in Montz, Louisiana with his parents Matt and Claire, brother Jordan and sister Alexandra; and,

WHEREAS,                     Mason is a member of Troop 370 chartered by St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Luling; he started his Scouting career March 2013; and,

WHEREAS,                     Mason has spent the last 6 years as an active member of the Scouts spending the last 5 years preparing to become an EAGLE SCOUT; and,

WHEREAS,                     Mason has earned his 43 merit badges from a list of 137 badges and completed his Eagle Scout Service Project by building cat scratch posts for the St. John Parish Animal Shelter; and,

WHEREAS,                     Mason earned these 43 merit badges by showing leadership ability as Patrol Leader and Scribe; and,

WHEREAS,                     Mason rose to the rank of EAGLE SCOUT on October 27, 2019, and received his medal in a ceremony held on January 25, 2020, at the VFW Post 3750 West St. Charles Building in Luling; and,

WHEREAS,                     Mason is a 2020 graduate of Destrehan High School and, and will continue to grow as an EAGLE SCOUT by providing leadership as an Assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 370.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
