Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization for a variation to the minimum street frontage (50' rather than 60') as outlined in Planning & Zoning Commission Case PZS-99-72.
Body
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Subdivision Regulations of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for variations to the subdivision regulations; and,
WHEREAS,      the applicant, Keller P. Madere has presented a resubdivision that would consolidate portions of three lots with four existing lots to form four new lots, and,
WHEREAS,      the proposed subdivision is shown on the plat by Lucien C. Gassen, dated May 18, 1999, and,
WHEREAS,      the subdivision as presented would require a variance to the required minimum lot frontage of proposed lot P3 (50' rather than 60'), and,
WHEREAS,      the proposed variation from the subdivision regulations has received approval from the St. Charles Parish Planning and Zoning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution for the variation to the minimum lot frontage (50' rather than 60') as outlined in Planning & Zoning Commission Case PZS-99-72.
