Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of an Act of Dedication for Panther Run at Ormond Phase II Subdivision, near Destrehan, St. Charles Parish, LA.
Body
WHEREAS, Dorvin Developments, Inc. are the owners and developers of property located in St. Charles Parish, more fully described on a Final Plat prepared by Michael D. Bernard, and dated September 30, 2004 as Panther Run at Ormond Subdivision Phase II, being a resubdivision, of portions of Lot 274 Sq. K, 276 Sq. A, 275 Sq. E, and the former East West Roadway situated in situated in Sections 14 and 15, T12S R8E into Lots 20-35, located near Destrehan, St. Charles Parish, State of Louisiana; and,
WHEREAS, said subdivision has been constructed in accordance with the St. Charles Parish Subdivision Regulations of 1981, as amended; and,
WHEREAS, all required administrative reviews and approvals have been effected relative to said subdivision.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the attached Act of Dedication by Dorvin Developments for Panther Run Subdivision Phase II which includes Lots 20-35, Panther Run Drive is hereby approved and accepted; and,
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached Final Plat and Act of Dedication on behalf of St. Charles Parish.

And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2005, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
