Title
An ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 04-1-3 a contract with Design Engineering, Inc. for Almedia Road Improvements, St. Rose, State Project No. 700-45-0108, Federal Aid Project No. STP-4503 (502) to revise the Scope of Services.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council adopted Ordinance No. 04-1-3 on January 13, 2004 approving a contract with Design Engineering, Inc. for Almedia Road Improvements, St. Rose; and,
WHEREAS, in order to better facilitate the Project the DOTD, the Engineer and the Parish have agreed to a Change in Scope as outlined in Supplemental Agreement No. 1; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to approve said change.
THE ST CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to Urban Contract for Engineering, Environmental and Land Surveying Services, State Project No. 700-45-0108, Federal Aid Project No. STP-4503 (502), Almedia Road Improvements, Route LA 50, St. Charles Parish, is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the said Supplemental Agreement No. 1 on behalf of St. Charles Parish.

And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2005 to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
