Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 (one) and final for Parish Project No. P020903, West Bank Bike Path (Davis Dr. to Davis Diversion) to decrease the contract amount by $43,686.00 and to increase the number of days by eleven (11).
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 09-8-8 adopted August 17, 2009 by the St. Charles Parish Council awarded construction of Parish Project No P020903, West Bank Bike Path (Davis Dr. to Davis Diversion), to Boh Bros Construction, Co., LLC; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the contract to adjust the original contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in a decrease to the contract amount by $43,686.00 and to increase the number of days by eleven (11).
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Change Order No. 1 (one) and final for Parish Project No. P020903, West Bank Bike Path (Davis Dr. to Davis Diversion) to decrease the contract amount by $43,686.00 and to increase the number of days by eleven (11) is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
