A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Luling Estates, Inc. to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2005-80 to modify formal construction approval of Hidden Oaks Subdivision Phase II by approving a waiver to pave the required stub out located between Lots 69 & 70. Luling, St. Charles Parish, La.

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for waivers to the requirement to pave streets; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner, Luling Estates, Inc. wishes have formal construction approval of Hidden Oaks Subdivision Phase II modified by approving a waiver to pave the required stub out located between Lots 69 & 70.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution to Luling Estates, Inc. to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2005-80 to modify formal construction approval of Hidden Oaks Subdivision Phase II by approving a waiver to pave the required stub out located between Lots 69 & 70. Luling, St. Charles Parish, La.
