Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to the developer, Huey Rivet of Paradis, LA to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-99-76, resubdivision portion of Lots 908, 909, 910, 971, 972 and 973 of the Sunset Drainage District in Section 3 &10, T15S R20E, St. Charles Parish, La., into Lots 1 through 123, Beau Place Estates Subdivision and to provide written approval to waiver the required maximum block lengths of streets. The developer is hereby authorized to proceed with the plat to be presented to the Planning & Zoning Commission for Construction Approval, which is identified as Case No. PZS-99-76.

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires that a waiver to Subdivision Regulations requirements can occur after both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council; and,
WHEREAS, the developer, Huey Rivet (Paradis, LA.) wishes to construct a subdivision, Beau Place Estates in Bayou Gauche, LA.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution for the subdivision development outlined in the Subdivision Approval application contained in Planning & Zoning Commission Case PZS-99-76.

And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2000, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
