Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 (Final) for Parish Project No. P070603, FY 2007 LCDBG Program- St. Charles Parish Eastbank Street Improvements, to decrease the contract time by 40 days and to decrease the contract amount by $31,370.51.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 08-3-3 adopted March 24, 2008 by the St. Charles Parish Council awarded construction of Parish Project No P070603, FY 2007 LCDBG Program- St. Charles Parish Eastbank Street Improvements, to Barriere Construction Company, LLC; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the contract to adjust the original contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in a decrease to the contract time by 40 days and a decrease to the contract amount by $31,370.51.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Change Order No. 1 (Final) for Parish Project No. P070603, FY 2007 LCDBG Program- St. Charles Parish Eastbank Street Improvements, to decrease the contract time by 40 days and decrease the contract amount by $31,370.51 is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order No. 1.
