RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing Ms. Lindsey Tullier to the St. Charles Parish Library Board of Control as the District II Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH LIBRARY BOARD OF CONTROL due to the expiration of the term of Ms. Lindsey Tullier on August 1, 2026; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Ms. Lindsey Tullier 100 Albania Dr. Luling, Louisiana, 70070 is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH LIBRARY BOARD OF CONTROL as the District II Representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said appointment shall be effective as of IMMEDIATELY and shall expire AUGUST 1, 2031.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2026, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
