Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 (Final) for Parish Project No P090403, Drainage Improvements - Dianne Pump Station Bar Screen Cleaners, to balance the contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in a decrease of $10,000.
Body
WHEREAS,      Ordinance No. 11-2-10 adopted February 21, 2011 by the St. Charles Parish Council awarded construction of Parish Project No P090403, Drainage Improvements - Dianne Pump Station Bar Screen Cleaners to Volute, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS,      it is necessary to amend the contract to adjust the original contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in a decrease to the contract amount by $10,000.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
      SECTION I.  To approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. 1 (Final) for Parish Project No P090403, Drainage Improvements - Dianne Pump Station Bar Screen Cleaners, to balance the contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in a decrease of $10,000.
      SECTION II.      That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
