Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of an Engineering Services Contract with Hartman Engineering, Inc. for the report study of Parish Project No. P021003, Bayou Gauche Drainage Analysis.
Body
WHEREAS, Additional investigation of the Bayou Gauche area is required due to the significant development in the area; and,
WHEREAS, this project study will recommend any necessary improvements to the pump stations and conveyance systems within the Bayou Gauche area; and,
WHEREAS, the QBS Selection Board met on February 26, 2003 and recommended award of Parish Project No. P021003, Bayou Gauche Drainage Analysis to Hartman Engineering, Inc. (See Attachment A); and,
WHEREAS, the Probable Project Budget for this contract is as follows:
Study $ 50,000
Total Probable Project Budget $ 50,000
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Engineering Services Contract with Hartman Engineering, Inc. for the study of Parish Project No. P021003, Bayou Gauche Drainage Analysis.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached Engineering Services Contract.
