Title

An ordinance to amend the Code of Ordinances to remove in its entirety Chapter 2. Administration, Section 2-9. Guidelines for selection of persons for professional services and replace with Section 2-9. Reserved.

Body

WHEREAS,      on Section 2-9 provide guidelines for the Parish Council to select persons to perform professional services; and,

WHEREAS,      the Parish Council does select persons to perform professional services.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION I.      That the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 2. Administration, Section 2-9. Guidelines for selection of persons for professional services be removed in its entirety and replaced with the following:
