RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing Mr. Duane Lorio to the St. Charles Parish Board of Adjustment as the District VII Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT due to the expiration of the term of Mr. James Robert on December 7, 2024; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Duane Lorio 410 River Oaks Drive, Luling, Louisiana 70070 is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT as the District VII Representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said appointment shall be effective DECEMBER 7, 2024 and shall expire DECEMBER 7, 2028.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2024, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
