Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Milton Gullage - "C-N-M Contracting and Developing Service" - a contracting service at 509 Kennedy Street, Ama, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Milton Gullage would require Louisiana State licensing for a contracting service.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Milton Gullage, 509 Kennedy Street, Ama, La. is for - "C-N-M Contracting and Developing Service" - a contracting service is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Milton Gullage a home occupation permit for a contracting service.
