Title

An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the zoning classification from R-1A to C-3 on an 8,440 square foot area consisting of Lots 4 and 5, Square 16, Lot “D” of Good Hope Subdivision, Barreca Street, Norco, as requested by Bosco Properties, LLC.

Body

WHEREAS,                     the property owner requests rezoning from R-1A to C-3 on a 8,440 square foot area consisting of Lots 4 and 5, Square 16, Lot “D” of Good Hope Subdivision; and,

WHEREAS,                     the Planning and Zoning Department recommended approval of the request; and,

WHEREAS,                     the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the request at its regular meeting of July 9, 2020.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

                     SECTION I.                     The Zoning Ordinance of 1981 is amended to change the zoning classification from R-1A to C-3 on an 8,440 square foot area consisting of Lots 4 and 5, Square 16, Lot “D” of Good Hope Subdivision, Barreca Street, Norco, as requested by Bosco Properties, LLC.                     

SECTION II.                     The Department of Planning and Zoning is authorized to amend the Official Zoning Map, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana to reflect this reclassification from R-1A to C-3 on an 8,440 square foot area consisting of Lots 4 and 5, Square 16, Lot “D” of Good Hope Subdivision, Barreca Street, Norco, as requested by Bosco Properties, LLC.

                     The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:

 

 

 

 

                     And the ordinance was declared adopted this _______ day of __________, 2020 to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
