Title
A resolution authorizing the Canadian National Railroad to replace an existing office trailer with a site built office building in the Canadian National Railroad yard located at 655 South Destrehan Drive, Destrehan, Louisiana.
Body
WHEREAS, the Canadian National Railroad has applied to the Department of Planning & Zoning for a permit to replace an existing office trailer with a larger site built office building at their rail yard located at 655 South Destrehan Drive in Destrehan; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances, Appendix A, Section(X)(C)(2), requires Parish Council authorization of new railroad or utility facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby authorize a replacement office building at 655 South Destrehan Drive in Destrehan pursuant to Appendix A, Section X(C)(2) for the Canadian National Railroad.
