WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 98-4-18 adopted April 20, 1998 by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of an Engineering Services Contract with Chenevert, Songy, Rodi, Soderberg, Inc. (CSRS) for the design of South Destrehan Avenue Improvements; and,
WHEREAS, property acquisition was necessary to widen and improve the intersection of South Destrehan Avenue and LA 48 for bus and car traffic movements into and out of Harry Hurst Middle School; and,
WHEREAS, the construction of Parish Project No. P980703, South Destrehan Avenue Improvements, cannot occur without the purchase of this property.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Acts of Cash Sale and/or Acts of Donations from William R. Ferdon, Benjamin B. Ferdon, Margaret L. Bradley, C. William Bradley, Jr., Margaret E. Bradley, Bridget Becnel Meagher, Adrian Becnel Henry, Agnes M. Lousteau, Bernard N. Lousteau, Albert J. Lousteau, Gordon J. Lousteau, Anne Lousteau Creel, Faye Lousteau Lasseigne, John C.
