Title
A resolution authorizing the Chairman or the Secretary to offer a Strong Objection to Post Street, LLC, EBB-20-030-0688, WQC#KA-030530-06 for a permit to clear, grade and deposit fill to develop a residential subdivision associated roadways, utilities and drainage infrastructure in the proposed Lakewood Estates Extension Subdivision, located in Section 38, Township 14 South, Range 21 East, approximately five miles east of Boutte, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.

BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:
SECTION I. That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer a Strong Objection in connection with the application of Post Street, LLC, EBB-20-030-0688, WQC#KA-030530-06 for a permit to clear, grade and deposit fill to develop a residential subdivision associated roadways, utilities and drainage infrastructure in the proposed Lakewood Estates Extension Subdivision, located in Section 38, Township 14 South, Range 21 East, approximately five miles east of Boutte, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.
SECTION II. That the offer of Strong Objection is issued for the following reasons: more traffic impact on Lakewood Drive, drainage impact on surrounding communities, safety aspect on George Cousins Road, administrative order limiting additional wastewater into the Luling Oxidation Pond, negative impact on what the residences of Lakewood feel they will have, additional negative impact on residences in Laguatutta, and another gravity drainage flow feeder into Cousins Canal.
SECTION III. That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to all interested parties.
