RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing a member to the St. Charles Parish Communications District representing Emergency Medical Services as requested by the Hospital Service District No. 1, Parish of St. Charles, Board of Commissioners.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Kevin Gauthier on August 19, 2026; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT representing Emergency Medical Services.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective AUGUST 19, 2026 and shall expire AUGUST 19, 2030.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2026, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
