Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Cindy G. Weber - "Elite Cuts" - a hair salon at 509 Apple Street, Norco, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Cindy G. Weber would require Louisiana State licensing for a hair salon.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Cindy G. Weber, 509 Apple Street, Norco, La. is for - "Elite Cuts" - a hair salon is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Cindy G. Weber a home occupation permit for a hair salon.
