RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Mr. Corey Faucheux to the River Parishes Transit Authority.
Body
WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the RIVER PARISHES TRANSIT AUTHORITY; due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Corey Faucheux on January 10, 2016; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Corey Faucheux
593 Cypress Drive, Luling, LA 70070 is hereby appointed to the RIVER PARISHES TRANSIT AUTHORITY; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective JANUARY 11, 2016 and shall expire JANUARY 12, 2020.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2016, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
