Title
An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the land use zoning classification from R-1A to OL on Lots J-1 and J-2 of a Subdivision of the Heirs of Anatole Friloux, Ama (309 & 311 St. Marks Street), as requested by Ashley Plaisance.
Body
WHEREAS, Lots J-1 and J-2 of a Subdivision of the Heirs of Anatole Friloux, are zoned R-1A; and,
WHEREAS, both lots together meet the area requirements for an OL lot; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner requests a change of zoning district to OL; and,
WHEREAS, both the St. Charles Parish Planning and Zoning Department and the St. Charles Parish Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of change of zoning at its regular meeting of November 5, 2015.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. An ordinance to amend The St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 to approve the change of land use zoning classification from R-1A to OL on Lots J-1 and J-2 of a Subdivision of the Heirs of Anatole Friloux shown on a survey by Lucien Gassen dated January 15, 1980.
SECTION II. To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Map to show this change from R-1A to OL on Lots J-1 and J-2 of a Subdivision of the Heirs of Anatole Friloux shown on a survey by Lucien Gassen dated January 15, 1980.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:




And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of ___________, 2015 to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
