Title
An ordinance to amend the 2004 Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget to: provide funds for District Court - Division E for the salary for the secretary/docket clerk and to reallocate funds in Cable TV Administration budget to allow for upgrades to the government access Channel 6.
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
WHEREAS, the 2004 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget was adopted by Ordinance No. 03-11-4 on November 6, 2003; amended April 2, 2004 by Executive Order 04-1 and April 19, 2004 by Ord. No. 04-4-19; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has taken under consideration the study of the amendment to the St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget for fiscal year 2004 as shown by the Revision Schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Article V, Sections D, E, and F of the St. Charles Parish Home Rule Charter and with the Louisiana Local Government Budget Act (R.S. 39:1301 et. seq.), the St. Charles Parish Council does hereby ordain to adopt the 2004 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget as amended, and that it be attached hereto and made a part hereof and identified as “Exhibit A”.
