A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to the Heirs of Victorine Bailey / Ernest J. Bailey to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2005-23 for a resubdivision of sub-tracts 1, 2, & 3 of the one arpent tract obtained from Victorine Avril Bailey on January 11, 1985, and presently owned by the Heirs of Victorine Bailey, lying on the north westerly side from the River Road, and extending from edge of Batture to the 40 Arpent line, into Remainder of Sub-Tracts 1, 2, 3 and Lots 29A-54A. Section 6, T12S R7E., St. Charles Parish, La., with to waiver to the required hard-surface frontage on Lots 29A-54A.

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to required hard-surface frontage for residential lots; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners the Heirs of Victorine Bailey / Ernest J. Bailey, wish to subdivide sub-tracts 1, 2, & 3 of the one arpent tract obtained from Victorine Avril Bailey on January 11, 1985, and presently owned by the Heirs of Victorine Bailey, lying on the north westerly side from the River Road, and extending from edge of Batture to the 40 Arpent line, into Remainder of Sub-Tracts 1, 2, 3 and Lots 29A-54A. Section 6, T12S R7E, St. Charles Parish, LA; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested a waiver from the required hard-surface frontage for Lots 29A through 54A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution to the Heirs of Victorine Bailey / Ernest J. Bailey to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2005-23 for a resubdivision of sub-tracts 1, 2, & 3 of the one arpent tract obtained from Victorine Avril Bailey on Janu...
