Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Nathan P. Chatelain - "Chatelain's Carpentry" - a residential contractor at 8 Mary Street, Norco, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Nathan P. Chatelain would require Louisiana State licensing for a residential contractor.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Nathan P. Chatelain, 8 Mary Street, Norco, La. is for - "Chatelain's Carpentry" - a residential contractor is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Nathan P. Chatelain a home occupation permit for a residential contractor.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2004, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
