An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981 to approve the change of zoning classification from R-1AM to C-2 on Lots 6, 7, and 8 of Square 49 in New Sarpy Subdivision (912 E. Harding Street, New Sarpy), as requested by Roger Burks.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I.      An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification from R-1AM to C-2 on Lots 6, 7, and 8 of Square 49 in New Sarpy Subdivision, New Sarpy, as requested by Roger Burks.
SECTION II.      To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification from R-1AM to C-2 on Lots 6, 7, and 8 of Square 49 in New Sarpy Subdivision, as requested by Roger Burks.
