IN   RECOGNITION

 

 

 

WHEREAS,                     Hannah Elizabeth Windstein is a resident of St. Charles Parish residing in St. Rose, Louisiana.  She is the daughter of Robin and Timothy Windstein; and,

 

 

WHEREAS,                     on October 28, 2023, Hannah was crowned the 16th Miss Festival of Charities Queen at the annual Festival of Charities Pageant held in Destrehan; and,

 

 

WHEREAS,                     Hannah will represent the Festival of Charities at the Down Syndrome Association of Greater New Orleans (DSAGNO) Buddy Walk, and several fairs and festivals throughout Louisiana.

 

 

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, WE THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
