A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Ralph Hymel to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2005-01 for resubdivision of a portion of Lot 10 of Fashion Plantation into Lots 101A, 104A through 122A with waiver to required hard-surface frontage on Lots 104A through 122A located in Section 7, T13S R20E, St. Charles Parish, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to required hard-surface frontage for residential lots; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner Ralph Hymel, wishes to subdivide a portion of Lot 10 of Fashion Plantation into Lots 101A, 104A through 122A in Section 7, T13S R20E, St. Charles Parish, La.; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested a waiver from the required hard-surface frontage for Lots 104A through 122A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution to Ralph Hymel to endorse the positive Planning & zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2005-01 for resubdivision of a portion of Lot 10 of Fashion Plantation into Lots 101A, 104A through 122A, with a waiver to the required hard-surface frontage for Lots 104A through 122A in Section 7, T13S R20E, St. Charles Parish, La.
