RESOLUTION NO. 4846
Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Julius D. & Pyramid Sellers to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2000-68, allowing a waiver for cul de sac, drainage impact analysis and geometric standard The property owner is hereby authorized to proceed with the plat as presented at the regular Planning & Zoning Commission meeting of August 3, 2000, which is identified as Case No. PZS-2000-68, contingent upon the applicant granting a drainage servitude along the edge of Lot 6, Block M from Bernard Avenue to Sellers Canal to replace the existing drainage ditch across Lot 6.

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to requirements for cul-de-sac, drainage impact analysis, and street geometric standards; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners, Julius Sellers and Pyramid Sellers wish to subdivide portion Block M of Addendum Number One to Sellers Village and a portion of Lot 10 into Lot 6 and Lots 10-A and 10-B, Section 34 & 35 T13S R21E, St. Charles Parish, LA.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution for resubdivision approval with the waiver for cul de sac, drainage impact analysis and geometric standard as outlined in Planning & Zoning Commission case PZS-2000-68, contingent upon the applicant granting a drainage servitude along the edge of Lot 6, Block M from Bernard Avenue to Sellers Canal to replace the existing drainage ditch across Lot 6.
