Title
An ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 11-4-23 which approved Change Order No. 1 and Final for the Records Storage Building at 15012 C River Road in Hahnville to correct the change order amount.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council adopted Ordinance No. 11-4-23 on April 4, 2011 approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 and Final for the Records Storage Building (File Storage Building) at 15012 C River Road in Hahnville; and,
WHEREAS, there was an error in the amount of the Change Order listed in the cover Ordinance as an increase of $3,338.00 when in fact the correct amount of the Change Order was an increase of $4,338.00 as listed and itemized on the actual Change Order attached to the Ordinance; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to correct said mistake to Change Order No. 1.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 11-4-23 adopted by the St. Charles Parish Council on April 4, 2011 is hereby amended to correct the amount of Change Order No. 1 and Final from $3,338.00 to $4,338.00.
SECTION II. That all other provisions of said Ordinance shall remain as first written.
