Title

An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Carl J. Zeringue - "Zeringue Electrical Services, LLC" - an electrician at 228 Buras Street, Luling, La.

Body

WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,

WHEREAS,      the proposed home occupation of Carl J. Zeringue would require Louisiana State licensing for an electrician.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION I.  That the described home occupation application by Carl J. Zeringue, 228 Buras Street, Luling, La. is for - "Zeringue Electrical Services, LLC" - an electrician is hereby approved.

      SECTION II.  That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Carl J. Zeringue a home occupation permit for an electrician.

      The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
