Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Kathleen McGraw for - "The Official Resource Headquarters" - consultations and evaluations at 202 Sixth Street, Luling, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Kathleen McGraw would require Louisiana State licensing.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Kathleen McGraw, 202 Sixth Street, Luling, La. is for - "The Official Resource Headquarters" - consultations and evaluations is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Kathleen McGraw a home occupation permit for consultations and evaluations.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2003, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
