An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981 to change of zoning classification from R-1A(M) to O-L at Lot 1A Block "F" - "I" and from R-1A to O-L on Lot 11A Block H, Good Hope Subdivision as requested by Shell Chemical Company.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION I.      An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, to change the zoning classification from R-1A(M) to O-L on Lot 1A Block "F" - "I", and from R-1A to O-L on Lot 11A Block H and the adjoining portion of Fifth Street in Good Hope Subdivision, Norco, Louisiana shown on the attached resubdivision survey by Lucien Gassen dated May 17, 2004.

      SECTION II.      To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect reclassification from R-1A(M) to O-L on Lot 1A Block "F" - "I", and from R-1A to O-L on Lot 11A Block H and the adjoining segment on Fifth Street in Good Hope Subdivision, Norco, Louisiana shown on the attached resubdivision survey by Lucien Gassen dated May 17, 2004.
