Title
A resolution to appoint Mr. Willie D. Scott, Sr. to the Library Services District Board of Control.

WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the LIBRARY SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF CONTROL due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Willie D. Scott, Sr. on April 1, 2004 ; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Willie D. Scott, Sr. 408 East Club Drive, Apt. A, St. Rose, LA 70087 is hereby appointed to the LIBRARY SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF CONTROL ; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective APRIL 1, 2004 and shall expire APRIL 1, 2009 .
