Title
An Ordinance to amend the 2000 Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget to provide funds in the Ward Courts department for Constables and Justices of the Peace salary increases; to provide funds in the Emergency Preparedness Subsidiary budget for upgrades due to implementation of the new 800mHz radio system; to provide funds in the Economic Development & Tourism budget for repairs to the Denver Hull and the Champion Hull; and to transfer funds from the General Fund to the Public Improvement Sales Tax Construction Fund for the wastewater regionalization systems.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
WHEREAS, the 2000 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget was adopted by Ordinance No. 99-11-1 on November 15, 1999; and amended February 7, 2000 by Ordinance No. 00-2-1; March 20, 2000 by Ordinance No. 00-3-4 ; April 3, 2000 by Ordinance No. 00-4-4; and May 15, 2000 by Ordinance No. 00-5- , and,
WHEREAS, the Council has taken under consideration the study of the amendment to the St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget for fiscal year 2000 as shown by the Revision Schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Article V, Sections D, E, and F of the St. Charles Parish Home Rule Charter and with the Louisiana Local Government Budget Act (R.S. 39:1301 et. seq.), the St. Charles Parish Council does hereby ordain to adopt the 2000 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget as amended, and that it be attached hereto and made a part hereof and identified as "Exhibit A".
