Title
A resolution requesting the Operations, Maintenance, & Construction Management Committee handle the search and criteria in the selection process of the Council Secretary.
Body
WHEREAS, on January 9, 2012, the former Council Secretary was not reappointed to the position; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Council to appoint a Secretary; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council for the Operations, Maintenance, & Construction Management Committee to hold meetings to oversee the hiring process of the Council Secretary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby request the Operations, Maintenance, & Construction Management Committee handle the search and criteria in the selection process of the Council Secretary.
