Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of John & Rhonda Andrews - "Andrew's Remodeling" - a remodeling business at 300 St. Rose Avenue, St. Rose, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of John & Rhonda Andrews would require Louisiana State licensing for a remodeling business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by John & Rhonda Andrews, 300 St. Rose Avenue, St. Rose, La. is for - "Andrew's Remodeling" - a remodeling business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant John & Rhonda Andrews a home occupation permit for a remodeling business.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________ , 2006, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
