Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a contract with Tri-State Road Boring, Inc. for the construction of Project P020104, Evangeline Estates Jack & Bore in the amount of $118,188.00.
Body
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received by the Parish on June 18, 2004 for Evangeline Estates Jack & Bore; and,
WHEREAS, Meyer Engineers, LTD., consulting engineer for the project, has reviewed the bids and recommend that the contract be awarded to the low bidder, Tri-State Road Boring, Inc., in the amount of $118,188.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the bid of Tri-State Road Boring, Inc. for the construction of Evangeline Estates Jack & Bore be hereby accepted in the amount of $118,188.00.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached contract documents.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ________ day of ______________, 2004, to become effective five (5) days after publication of the Official Journal.
