Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Joseph A. Hudnall - "Genesis Construction" - general home repairs at 384 Longview Drive, Destrehan, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Joseph A. Hudnall would require Louisiana State licensing for general home repairs.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Joseph A. Hudnall, 384 Longview Drive, Destrehan, La. is for - "Genesis Construction" - general home repairs is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Joseph A. Hudnall a home occupation permit for general home repairs.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
