RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Mr. Jarvis Lewis to the Library Service District Board of Control.
Body
WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the LIBRARY SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF CONTROL due to the expiration of the term of Ms. Dolores L. Chauffe on April 1, 2012; and,
WHEREAS, It is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Jarvis Lewis P.O. Box 992, Luling, LA 70070 be appointed to the LIBRARY SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF CONTROL; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective as of APRIL 1, 2012 and expire APRIL 1, 2017.

And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2012, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
