Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Mohammad Munawar for a special permit use for R-3 use (3 units) on a lot zoned C-2 located at 112 St. Rose Avenue, St Rose.
Body
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for R-3 use on a lot zoned C-2; and,
WHEREAS,      the Planning and Zoning Commission at their regular meeting approved PZSPU-2013-16 to allow an R-3 use on a lot zoned C-2; and,
WHEREAS,      the Planning and Zoning Commission's approval stipulated that the maximum density be capped at 3 units and that all site lighting be installed so as not to create glare into the residential units.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution to Mohammad Munawar for a special permit use for R-3 use in a C-2 zoning district at 112 St. Rose Avenue, St. Rose with the stipulations that the maximum density be capped at 3 units and that all site lighting be installed so as not to create glare into the residential units.
