Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a Contract for Engineering Services with Huseman & Associates, L.L.C. for necessary professional engineering services associated with Parish Project No. P090101 St. Charles Parish Courthouse Emergency Generator.
Body
WHEREAS, the current emergency generator at the Parish Courthouse does not power the entire building during power outages; and,
WHEREAS, this project will provide the emergency power to the entire Courthouse during times of service interruption.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the contract for Engineering Services between Huseman & Associates, L.L.C. and the Parish of St. Charles is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the Parish of St. Charles.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of ___________, 2009 to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
