IN RECOGNITION
WHEREAS, Coach Stephen Robicheaux and his wife Tammy are residents of Hahnville, Louisiana, and are the proud parents of two daughters, Bryn and Morgan; and,
WHEREAS, Coach Robicheaux, is a graduate of St. Charles Catholic High School where he later was Assistant Football Coach for one year. He has been coaching football at Destrehan High School for a total of 23 years; eight years as assistant coach and 15 years as head coach; and,
WHEREAS, following the 2010 season, Coach Robicheaux stepped away from coaching to become the School Board’s Coordinator of Safety, Security, and Emergency Preparedness, but in the Summer of 2012, he arrived back on Destrehan’s sidelines as their head coach and hasn’t looked back; and,
WHEREAS, on Friday, October 21, 2016, the Destrehan Wildcats’ 48-27 victory over the H.L. Bourgeois Braves netted Coach Robicheaux his 150th career victory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
COACH STEPHEN ROBICHEAUX
