RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Ms. Pamela W. Smith to the Hospital Service District No. 1, Parish of St. Charles.
Body
WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the HOSPITAL SERVICE DISTRICT NO. 1, PARISH OF ST. CHARLES due to the expiration of the term of Ms. Pamela W. Smith on May 22, 2019; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Ms. Pamela W. Smith 659 Pine Street, Norco, LA 70079 is hereby appointed to the HOSPITAL SERVICE DISTRICT NO. 1. PARISH OF ST. CHARLES; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective MAY 22, 2019 and shall expire MAY 22, 2025.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
