RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution authorizing the Chairman or the Secretary to offer no objection to SORRENTO PIPELINE COMPANY, LLC, COE EC-20-000-3421, WQC #000713-11, CUP #P000914 for a permit to install approximately 87,870' of two 8" pipelines from the Tri-States valve site west of the Bonnet Carre Spillway (North of U.S. 61, near Upper Guide Levee of Bonnet Carre Spillway, Norco) to an Enterprise valve site which is located west of the Marathon Refinery in Garyville, Louisiana.

BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:
SECTION I. That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer NO OBJECTION in connection with the application of Sorrento Pipeline Company, LLC, COE EC-20-000-3421, WQC #000713-11, CUP #P000914 for a permit to install approximately 87,870' of two 8" pipelines from the Tri-States valve site west of the Bonnet Carre Spillway (North of U.S. 61, near Upper Guide Levee of Bonnet Carre Spillway, Norco) to an Enterprise valve site which is located west of the Marathon Refinery in Garyville, Louisiana.
SECTION II. That the offer of no objection shall be issued contingent upon the said Sorrento Pipeline Company, LLC, their transferees and/or assigns agreeing to and complying with the provision that should changes in the conditions in the vicinity be required in the future, they will make such changes as may be necessary to satisfactorily meet the situation and shall bear the cost thereof.
SECTION III. That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to all interested parties.
