Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Amendment No. 1 to Ordinance No. 20-7-8 which approved a contract for Engineering Services between Meyer Engineering, Ltd. and St. Charles Parish for Phase 2 for the 2020 West Bank Sewer Master Plan, Project No. S200603.

WHEREAS, on July 6, 2020 the St. Charles Parish Council approved Ordinance No. 20-7-8; a Contract for professional services multi-phase project agreement with Meyer Engineering, Ltd. for providing all necessary professional engineering services for the 2020 West Bank Sewer Master Plan, Project No. S200603; and,
WHEREAS, the Contract for Engineering Services needs to be amended to add fees associated with Phase 2 in an amount $92,500.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Amendment No. 1 attached to and made a part hereof, to the professional services Contract with Meyer Engineering, Ltd. for providing necessary services for Phase 2 for project 2020 West Bank Sewer Master Plan, Project No. S200603. is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Amendment No. 1 to the Engineering Services Agreement on behalf of the Parish of St. Charles.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2021, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
